Our magazine has always been true to the many issues
of the communities we are serving. There is an old
saying I am familiar with; "When it rains, it pours!"?
When I heard that saying, I began to evaluate
everything around me. I always look ahead toward
improvement, and not at what is already done. In our
business there is always room for improvement- from
our cover, interviews, and articles, to our interests
and staff. Since South Florida's appeal continues to
redesign the real estate market, we at JewishXpress
will keep our readers informed, intrigued, and
optimistic about the days to come.
 
To the owners, developers, marketing and public
relations executives at our branches in Hollywood,
Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, and South Florida, my
vision is valuable for the quickly expanding network
of upcoming investors within the real estate industry.
 
Growth within the networking process of our industry
has become mandatory, and we are seeking a new
generation of investors.
 
During the past ten years, publisher and investor
Jacob Sharon has established himself as a respected
businessman and an active voice in the Jewish
community. He has acquired a reputation as one of the
area's best in marketing and public relations, as well
as in mortgage and business loan, due to his
expertise, important connections, and a talent for

In the third quarter of 2003, he introduced and
